Riverside Pride Concert - Diversity, Music, and Drag Extravaganza
Pride equals Power, a festival filled with music, glitter, and unapologetic celebration, during the Riverside Pride festival at the Riverside Convention Center on September 10. The festival played host to an eclectic lineup of talented performers, spanning genres and identities, making it an unforgettable night of unity and pride.
The stage was set for a spectacular evening that unfolded with a series of dynamic and genre-defying performances, showcasing the rich tapestry of talent within the LGBTQ+ community.
Jahida Sky - Kicking off the musical fiesta was Jahida Sky, a queer Latinx singer. Sky's soulful voice resonated through the festival, delivering music that is felt, not just heard. Her performance set the tone for a night that celebrated not only love but also the diverse cultural influences within the LGBTQ+ community.

Mwuahshell - Queer Punk Rockers, The energy soared as the punk rock beats of Mwuahshell echoed through the festival. The punk rock band's high-octane performance had the audience on their feet, shouting in unison, and embracing the rebellious spirit that has long been a part of LGBTQ+ history.
Jeffrey Chan - Retro Techno Maestro, channeling the vibes of the '80s, Jeffrey Chan took the stage with a techno-infused piano performance that transported the audience back in time. Dressed in retro attire, Chan's fusion of nostalgia and futuristic sounds created a unique sonic experience that captivated concert-goers.
Stephen Day
Nekeith, hip hop recording artist, songwriter, dancer and actor, brought sex and soul to the stage with strong dance performances, and songs that brought the crowd, or as she calls them "Royalties" to life.
Ron Blakely (they/them). Singer. Actor. Perfomer. A Black Filipino artist influenced by soul, R&B, folk and pop music, they performed with a local band and closed out the afternoon of music with songs that reached deep into the soul and gave the crowd life.
Following the musical showcase, the Riverside Pride Concert reached its climax with a dazzling drag show that illuminated the stage and brought the crowd to their feet.
