Before the doors opened at the Glass House, the line was already curved around the block with fans waiting for them to open and to witness the glorious CupcakKe take the stage!
To start off the night, Young S.H.O got the crowd going with his rap verses which they were totally loving. The venue was already people away from being full and they were all showing love and energy for the opening set!
Next up to perform was TOMGIRL504EVER who had a dance team on stage with her, which really added to the overall energy in the room. I really enjoyed her set as it was music from the Hyper-Pop niche and I really love that genre along with the dance crew, it made for a set to remember.
BIG SIS, a euro-pop duo all the way from Liverpool made up of siblings Baby and Babie, took the stage right after and they were by far my favorite set of the night. From their outfits, stage presence, humor, and lyrics, this set was insane and very fun to watch!
Right after that, DJ JxHoney began playing music for the crowd in anticipation for CupcakKe to perform. They brought out a dancing pole and had pole dancers performing on stage while various rappers were performing. She hosted dance-offs on stage and kept the energy going throughout the downtime.
The stage was cleared and it was time for CupcakKe herself to pick it up. She walked onstage with an eruption of applause from the crowd and began singing her song “Vagina” and everybody in the audience went absolutely feral. CupcakKe is known for her extremely sexually explicit lyrics, but that did not stop her fans from singing the entirety of every song she sang, word for word.
Partway through her set, CupcakKe invited some of the audience members on stage to show off their best moans into the mic, and each of them took turns passing around the mic. CupcakKe was impressed and performed one of her biggest hits “Deepthroat” with her fans on stage, even having them take over for the vocals.
Overall the concert was crazy with the sheer amount of fans in the building showing their love for the artists, it made for a really good night. This was hands down the nastiest show I've been to, but in a good way in terms of what was going on in there, even CupcakKe said “I’m never coming back here!” in a joking tone after her fans were yelling funny, but gross comments in a light hearted way.
